Support
Licence and execution support for the ULM-PD Engine.
Licence issues
The ULM-PD Engine performs all licence validation locally and offline. If a licence problem occurs, execution is refused with a clear error message. This behaviour is expected and intentional.
Common causes
- The licence file is missing or unreadable
- The licence has expired
- The licence does not include the requested domains
- The licence was issued for a different machine
Machine binding
Licences are automatically bound to the first machine they are used on. This binding is designed to remain stable across normal system restarts and updates.
If the engine reports that a licence is bound to a different machine, this typically indicates that the licence has been copied between systems or that the underlying operating system installation has changed.
In these cases, please contact support for assistance.
Important notes
- Licence validation and machine binding are performed entirely offline.
- Licences are issued for a single machine and cannot be transferred without reissue.
- Internal licence state files should not be modified.
What happens if I reinstall my operating system?
Reinstalling your operating system may change the machine identity used for licence binding. If this occurs, please contact support and your licence can be reissued.
